 We are an actual design and build company. The design work is performed in-house unlike most claimed design/build contractors. When you are designing your project your designer is also the contractor. This reduces miscommunications and delays caused by waiting on responses from an out of house designer or architect. You will notice this asset during the construction of your project. There is no need to go back to the designer or architect. He is the one building the project.
